We do our best to explain things properly, but we don’t always get it right the first time. You might still have some questions about our products, so we’ve outlined the most popular FAQ below. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just give us a call! We’ll be happy to help: 913-667-WAGS
What is the exchange policy?
Oops … you ordered the wrong size, didn’t you? No worries … sometimes it happens. If you’d like to exchange your order, please send your original item back to us (un-worn and with tags attached). Our mailing address is PO Box 8341, Prairie Village, KS 66208. Please include the reason for return, and let us know what size or color you really meant to order.
If we receive your original item and discover that it’s been worn, is dirty or hairy, is chewed or slobbered on, or covered in anything icky we’re going to send it back to you … no seriously, we don’t like icky things.
Please note that our inventory changes frequently, and prices can vary based on size. If we’re sold out of the item you need, we’ll get the exchange out to you as soon as we get it back in stock. And if there is a price difference between your original order and the replacement item, we’ll be in touch to work out the details.
There is a minimal re-shipping fee of $3.50 for all exchanges.
How do I determine the right size?
It’s probably a good idea to use a flexible measuring tape to determine which size is best for your pet. Jake tried using his paws once, but it wasn’t very easy to convert paws to inches. Once you have a rough idea of your dog’s neck size, just take a look at the size chart on our product pages and choose the best fit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship every order via USPS within 72 hours or receiving your order information. After receiving your package, it usually takes about 3 days for the post office to deliver your item(s) … unless you live REALLY far away.
We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee – just let us know if you’re in a rush!
If my dog chews on the products I ordered, can I return them?
Um … nope. Sorry. Slobbery accessories are kind of gross.
What is the return/refund policy?
If you receive an item that was damaged by the mail monsters en route to you, you should email us right away! Please send along a photo of your item(s) and the original packaging to orders @zigzagwags.com. Once we have your info, we’ll get a replacement shipped out right away!
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We’ve just started using an AWESOME new e-commerce service, and now we ship everywhere in the US, UK, and Canada. YAY!
How will a purchase appear on my credit card/bank statement?
Any purchases from our website will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to “PAYPAL*ZIGZAG WAGS” – unless you use an American Express card, in which case it will appear as “Mark – PayPal” (we’re not sure why … those guys over at AMEX think they’re funny).
Where do I enter my discount code at checkout?
We get asked this question all the time! Coupon codes are a snap to use – just click on the “order summary” link at the top of the checkout screen. You’ll find a big box labeled “Discount” where you can apply your coupon code.
